2. What is the standard production time for each order?
A: Usually, the production time for each order is around 30 days, but the actual time will be subject to the order quantity, packaging way and busy season etc.

3. Would you offer FROM A , FROM E or C/O and other Embassy certification ?
A: No problem, we would apply for this certificate to government .

4. Can you do OEM and ODM order ?
A: YES, we’re weclome your customized order.

5. Where is your market ?
A: Our products are popular in North America, Canada, EU, UK, Ireland, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Russia, the Middle East and more than 70 countries and regions all over the world.

6. Can you supply OEM items?
A: We can supply OEM items because we have our own R&D team.

7. What price terms are acceptable?
A: We prefer FOB and CIF price terms.

8. Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we can offer free samples, you just need to collect the freight cost.

9. What’s your payment terms?
A: Generally 30% deposit paid by T/T before production, 70% balance paid before shipping or on B/L (depending on the specific order amount ).
